Our standard
SablePilot is working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for the SablePilot public website and contractor dashboard. This statement describes our current target and practices; it is not a claim that every page has been independently certified or is free of every barrier.

Measures we take
- Use semantic headings, landmarks, lists, tables, buttons, links, labels, and status messages.
- Support keyboard navigation, visible focus, a skip link, logical reading order, and touch-friendly controls.
- Maintain readable contrast, scalable text, responsive reflow, and clear error or disabled states.
- Provide accessible names for controls and keep decorative graphics out of the assistive-technology reading order.
- Respect reduced-motion preferences by removing nonessential movement while preserving clear state and focus feedback.
- Test important flows with automated checks, keyboard-only use, zoom and reflow review, and manual screen-reader-oriented inspection.
Known limitations
The contractor dashboard is still an early pilot, and some advanced integrations are intentionally unavailable. We are continuing to test complex data tables, popovers, dialogs, charts, authentication, and third-party connected experiences. Third-party sign-in or connected services may have accessibility behavior controlled by their providers. If an unavailable or third-party feature blocks you, contact us and we will work to provide the information or task through an accessible alternative.
Feedback and assistance
If you have trouble using SablePilot, tell us the page or feature, what you were trying to do, the browser and assistive technology you used if you are comfortable sharing them, and the best way to contact you. We review accessibility feedback and will respond as soon as practical.
Accessibility contact: use the accessibility request form. If the form is unavailable, email sablepilot.systems@gmail.com.
We welcome requests for a reasonable alternative way to receive information or complete a task.
Assessment and updates
This statement was updated on August 14, 2026. We use source review, automated build checks, keyboard-oriented review, responsive layout review, and focus and reduced-motion checks. SablePilot has not obtained an independent accessibility certification, and additional assistive-technology testing remains ongoing. We will update this statement as testing, supported technologies, and known limitations change.
