Accessibility Statement

SablePilot is committed to making its public website and contractor dashboard usable by people with disabilities. Accessibility is part of the product work, not a one-time label.

Our standard

SablePilot is working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for the SablePilot public website and contractor dashboard. This statement describes our current target and practices; it is not a claim that every page has been independently certified or is free of every barrier.

Measures we take

  • Use semantic headings, landmarks, lists, tables, buttons, links, labels, and status messages.
  • Support keyboard navigation, visible focus, a skip link, logical reading order, and touch-friendly controls.
  • Maintain readable contrast, scalable text, responsive reflow, and clear error or disabled states.
  • Provide accessible names for controls and keep decorative graphics out of the assistive-technology reading order.
  • Respect reduced-motion preferences by removing nonessential movement while preserving clear state and focus feedback.
  • Review important tasks with keyboard-only use, zoom, reflow, and assistive technology.
  • Provide a keyboard-operable Pilot AI dialog with visible focus, status announcements, Escape-to-close behavior, and focus returned to its launcher.

Known limitations

Some third-party sign-in and connected services may behave differently from SablePilot itself. If any part of SablePilot prevents you from getting information or completing a task, contact us. We will work with you on an accessible alternative.

Feedback and assistance

If you have trouble using SablePilot, tell us the page or feature, what you were trying to do, the browser and assistive technology you used if you are comfortable sharing them, and the best way to contact you. We review accessibility feedback and will respond as soon as practical.

We welcome requests for a reasonable alternative way to receive information or complete a task.

Assessment and updates

We review keyboard access, zoom and responsive reflow, focus visibility, reduced motion, and compatibility with assistive technology. SablePilot has not obtained an independent accessibility certification. We will update this statement as the service, supported technologies, or known barriers change.
