1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing SablePilot or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18, use the service for legitimate business purposes, and have authority to act for the business you register. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Website information alone is not a service order or guarantee.
SABLEPILOT LLC, a Florida limited liability company, operates SablePilot and is the contracting party unless a signed agreement expressly names another party. References to “SablePilot,” “we,” and “us” mean SABLEPILOT LLC.
2. Accounts, owners, and invitations
- The person who creates a company workspace becomes its owner and represents that they are authorized to do so.
- The owner controls invitations, roles, permissions, and access to company records. Only the owner may create or revoke team invitations.
- Each teammate must use an individual verified account. Invitations are tied to a specific email, work once, expire, and are not permanent shared passwords.
- You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your access, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.
- A company owner may access and manage activity and content created by members of its workspace, subject to law and the company's own policies.
3. The service and pilot status
SablePilot helps contractors organize inquiries, records, appointments, conversations, and approved workflow actions. Features may be released gradually, labeled as preview, or kept unavailable until an integration, legal requirement, or safety test is complete. Phone, text, live conversational AI, and AI-created appointments are not active unless the dashboard expressly shows an approved live status.
SablePilot is not the contractor performing a customer's project and is not a party to the contractor's estimate, job agreement, warranty, or dispute. The contractor remains responsible for pricing, availability, project acceptance, contracts, licensing, insurance, safety, and work quality.
4. Customer data and permitted processing
As between SablePilot and a customer, the customer retains ownership of the business and customer data it submits. The customer grants SablePilot a limited license to host, copy, transmit, organize, back up, and otherwise process that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted service.
You represent that you have the rights and notices needed to submit information to the service. Do not submit Social Security numbers, full payment-card data, health records, biometric data, children's data, government credentials, or other specially regulated information unless SablePilot has expressly enabled and agreed in writing to support it.
5. AI-assisted features and human review
AI outputs can be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. You must review any output before relying on it or allowing it to affect a customer. SablePilot does not guarantee leads, bookings, revenue, delivery, response accuracy, or uninterrupted automation. Do not rely on the service for emergencies or legal, medical, financial, employment, safety-critical, or other high-stakes decisions.
A customer controls which approved workflows may prepare or send actions. SablePilot may block or pause an action when consent, quiet hours, permissions, provider approval, data quality, or another safeguard is missing.
6. Communications compliance
If communications are enabled, the customer is responsible for identifying the actual sender, obtaining and preserving legally sufficient consent, providing required notices, honoring opt-outs, following quiet hours, and complying with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, call-recording laws, carrier rules, and other applicable requirements.
- Do not use purchased consent, scraped contact lists, deceptive caller identification, spam, harassment, phishing, or misleading content.
- Use only approved brands, campaigns, templates, numbers, and purposes.
- Do not treat acceptance of these Terms as consent to receive marketing texts or calls.
- SablePilot may suspend communications immediately to protect recipients, providers, or the service.
7. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Break the law, violate another person's rights, or use the service for fraud, abuse, discrimination, surveillance, or harm.
- Probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, company separation, permissions, suppression, consent, rate limits, or security controls.
- Upload malware; overload the service; reverse engineer protected portions; or use automated access except through an approved integration.
- Misrepresent AI output as a verified human commitment or use it to invent price, availability, credentials, warranties, or contract terms.
- Resell or sublicense the service unless a written partner agreement permits it.
8. Third-party services
SablePilot may connect to hosting, identity, email, calendar, communications, automation, AI, and payment services. Their terms may apply to your use, and their availability can affect SablePilot. Carriers and providers may delay, reject, or block communications. SablePilot is not responsible for a third party's independent systems, but will use reasonable care in selecting and configuring providers used for the service.
9. Fees, plan requests, cancellation, and changes
The public pricing page lists advertised monthly prices for the selected SablePilot plan and team-size band. Team size means the maximum number of authorized users in one company workspace, including the owner. Selecting a team size, choosing a plan, emailing SablePilot, requesting a review, or creating a preview account does not create an order, activate service, authorize a charge, or start a subscription.
Before paid service begins, SablePilot and the customer must affirmatively accept a written order or checkout that identifies the plan, included users and services, setup or usage charges, third-party fees, taxes, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, refund terms, and activation date. Recurring billing begins only as stated in that accepted order. Prices and available features may change before acceptance.
Unless a signed order says otherwise, a monthly plan renews one month at a time and has no fixed initial term. An annual plan is charged once upfront, provides 12 months of service, and is priced at the total of ten monthly payments (two months free). Plan changes and cancellations must be requested through support. A monthly cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month; annual cancellation and any refund are governed by the accepted order and applicable law.
We may change or discontinue preview features. Material changes to a paid service will follow the applicable customer agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for unlawful use, material breach, security risk, nonpayment, or conduct that threatens another user or provider.
10. Intellectual property and feedback
SablePilot and its software, design, documentation, and trademarks are owned by SablePilot or its licensors. Subject to these Terms and any customer agreement, we grant authorized users a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service for the registered business. If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or payment, but not to identify you publicly without permission.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, preview and website services are provided “as is” and “as available.” SablePilot disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every contractor workflow. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so they may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SablePilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profit, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from these Terms or the service. SablePilot's total liability for claims related to a paid service will not exceed the amount the customer paid SablePilot for that service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. For a free preview, total liability will not exceed $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, a business customer will defend and indemnify SablePilot from third-party claims arising from the customer's unlawful content, lack of required consent, customer communications, contractor services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights. This section does not require indemnity for SablePilot's own willful misconduct or where law does not permit it.
14. Governing law and disputes
Florida law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction, and each party consents to that venue. Before filing a claim, please email a description of the dispute so the parties can try in good faith to resolve it informally.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a new date. Material changes affecting an existing paid customer will be handled under its signed agreement and, when required, communicated before taking effect. Questions may be sent through the SablePilot contact form. If the form is unavailable, email sablepilot.systems@gmail.com.
