About SablePilot
SABLEPILOT LLC builds SablePilot for contractors and home-service teams that need a clearer way to move website inquiries toward an estimate.
The product is designed around private company workspaces, verified individual access, and human control over pricing, availability, contracts, and customer communication.
Built around the lead record
Receive customer and project details from a configured website form and store them together as a lead record.
Review contact details, project notes, stage, owner, and next action in one private workspace.
Notify the configured business inbox when a lead arrives after email delivery is activated and tested.
Authorized teammates can send customer email from the lead record; SablePilot does not write or send it without their action.
View saved leads and appointment records together without digging through inboxes and spreadsheets.
Owners manage invitations, roles, permissions, and record scope for each team member.
Who it's for
SablePilot is designed for contractors already receiving website inquiries who want the submitted details, owner, status, and next action kept together.

These are early-client starting prices for the selected team size, not an automatic checkout. Monthly plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Annual plans are paid once upfront for a 12-month term and cost the same as 10 monthly payments. Plan changes and cancellation are handled by SablePilot support, and the signed order controls the effective date and any refund terms. Final scope, one-time setup, usage fees, optional website work, and third-party charges are confirmed in writing before billing begins. Phone and text are not included until compliant activation is complete.
Straight answers
No. SablePilot can receive structured inquiries from a configured website without replacing it. Calendar events can be recorded only after a connection is configured and tested; SablePilot does not book appointments automatically. If you don't have a website, one can be scoped separately.
Authorized team members use the private dashboard to manage saved leads, appointment records, notes, stages, owners, and human-approved email follow-up. Email appears only after delivery is configured and tested. The owner controls each person's permitted areas and whether they can see every company record or only assigned work.
The owner creates the company workspace first. Only then can the owner send an invitation tied to a teammate's verified email. Each invitation works once, expires after 24 hours, and can be revoked. There is no permanent shared company code or password.
The public contact form and private dashboard support verified sign-in, separated workspaces, owner-created invitations, lead and appointment records, access controls, and human-approved email follow-up. Email sending works only after sender configuration and acceptance testing. Voice, text, automatic lead routing, and automatic appointment booking remain off.
Yes. An intake-ready contractor website can be scoped as a separate add-on for businesses that need one.
The client should own its domain, phone number, calendar, messaging account, and core customer data. SablePilot receives only the access required to operate the agreed workflow.
Email SablePilot support. Monthly plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment and can be canceled for the end of the current paid month. Annual plans are paid upfront for a 12-month term. A person will confirm the effective date, any price difference, and the terms in your signed order.
